Q&A for Teacher Training

Come to an informal Q&A session with Cat. Pre-registration for the Q+A is required. Please sign up with frontdesk. If curious, please attend class(es) with cat beforehand to ascertain interest in applying for teacher training at SYS.

The Sangyé Yoga School TT is a 200 hour training accredited with Yoga Alliance UK. This 200hr course presents a foundation in yoga principals with a strong emphasis on vinyasa.

The course will include the following areas of study: asana, bandha, drishti, applied anatomy, mechanics of fundamental assists, philosophy, pranayama, meditation, teaching methodology & ethics (yama/niyama).
