This is an open level class- so open to all level of practitioners.
Whether you’re new to yoga or the school, coming back to the practice, would like a class that whilst unassuming, will still challenge and move you, or simply a more affordable option, the Sangye Collective Class could be what you’re looking for.
Taught by a collective of teachers who rotate each month, the set sequence can be tailored to your level and needs. You will receive verbal and hands on assists (if wanted) by teachers who have all completed the Sangye teacher training under Cat & Phil, the school’s founders.
No need to book in advance. Suggested donation of £5 (but not required) and all proceeds are donated to charity- Lelung Dharma Trust.

“I wanted to share something personal and also ask for your support in spreading the word within the Sangye community. On April 6, my partner Eric was in a serious accident while abroad and sustained a severe spinal cord injury (C5 fracture). He had emergency surgery in Cape Town and is now stable, but he’s facing a long and uncertain road to recovery and rehabilitation.His injury is classified as incomplete, which gives us some hope, but the reality is that the medical care, rehab, transport, and necessary life adjustments will be extensive. He does have insurance that will cover things for now, but it is limited and won’t be enough to support the full scope of his recovery. As he’s self-employed, he’s also unable to work for the foreseeable future.
Some close friends and family have set up a GoFundMe to support him through this process. It would mean so much if you could help share this with the Sangye community…Here is the link:
